Payment Policy:

With the exception of U.S. Government accounts all terms are prepayment. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express for orders $10,000 USD or under. Payment terms for orders over $10,000 USD are by company check, bank draft, money order or wire transfer. Company checks and bank drafts must clear the bank prior to shipment.

Magstripe Encoders

There is a no return policy on all magstripe reader/writer products. All magstripe encoder sales are final. Standard warranties apply

 

POS Hardware

30 days even exchange on defective items.  No returns without prior authorization. Returned items may be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking charge unless in resalable condition and in their original containers. One (1) year standard warranty. No returns on custom items, unless defective.

 

Software

All software sales are final. Under no conditions are refunds offered or given on software. Because of this we offer 30 day evaluation copies of most of our software to ensure that the customer is satisfied before purchasing.
